All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for Free Rate/Ground Shipping. During high volume sales please allow 7-10 days for Free Rate/Ground Shipping.

Expedited Shipping - orders placed by 1 p.m. PST with paid expedited shipping will ship priority DHL to be delivered within three business days. You must choose expedited shipping at checkout in order for us to correctly prioritize your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Kaede Kids due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Kaede Kids is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Kaede Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kaede Kids will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Please be aware that Kaede Kids is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
- All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.
- International orders require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.
Free Returns from Canada and the United States
We are offering free returns from Canada and the United States. Simply complete your return request form below within 14 days of receiving your purchase to request a return label. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused. All other return policy criteria apply.
Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number.
International Return other than Canada and the United States
You may find yourself with an item you wish to return. The Return Form must be completed within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing . Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the return of the item(s)
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for an exchange, refund or store credit.
All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. After 30 days, store credit will be issued at the current outlet pricing of the item if applicable. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.
In the event that you order an item and it comes defective, (ie stained, button defect, snap defect, etc) please login into your account and submit a return request. You may recieve a replacement item or a store credit. No refunds will be given. Proof of damage/defect may be required to process request.
Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.
